An unwavering belief in the healing power of nature conceived a tropical utopia in the middle of an arid commercial township. From the gate entrance to the last pillar, the Gardens intends to engulf itself in vegetation.

Drive into the grounds of the Gardens through a grand gate into a tropical utopia that reflects our very own Borneon rainforest of incredibly green diversity. Life abounds where Nature is given the best opportunity to flourish. Feel the fresh air enliven our senses and the environment. That is the healing and restorative atmosphere that the Gardens gives.

A massive lobby welcomes us with spaciousness and luxury. Placed at the opposite end of the grand gate, the lobby is intentionally placed away from the resident’s car park and traffic to enhance that exclusive entrance into the building.

The Gardens’ passion is in providing the ideal environment for the growth of the community and the family. A spacious elevated garden deck of more than 1 acre on the 6th floor is the central oasis here. The placing of all these facilities at an elevation isolates users from traffic and the general hustle of the ground floor.

Here, time becomes secondary. Undertake several programs for the health and wellbeing of our minds, souls and body. A body workout at the gym, a swim at the 50m pool, or Tai Chi at the Tai Chi garden. Spread a picnic blanket across the lawn or at the secluded thematic gardens. Have chats, ice cream and drinks. Wind down over a BBQ dinner at the BBQ pavilion and let the stars take your breath away. At times, the occasion will call for bigger gatherings and camaraderie will know no bounds when festive and celebratory events are hosted at the 50 or 150 pax multi-purpose halls.

A manicured lushness is achieved by the integration of several nylon string walls sided by planter boxes throughout the public areas of this 29-floors condominium. These nylon “curtains” facilitate the upward growth of climbing and creeping plants, and provides shade and light diffusion.

In the matter of our families, nothing is unimportant. The Gardens not only looks good, it also feels good. Directional louvers that conceal aircond condenser units creates a curious pattern on the façade of the building. The scent of freshness that pervades the air is produced by the profusion of plants within and without the building. A comfortable environment is ensured by building design; gaps between and within the towers circulate air and wind and the north-south orientation of the building blocks direct sunlight and provides shade for public areas.

The sense of security we all long for is accommodated by a two-tier security system functioning first at the guard house, then at the lobby lift access. Family-use areas are isolated from the general public and feature good visual accessibility.

The Gardens offers two unit layouts for any family type. Whether it is a couple, a young or mature family, a home at Gardens is achievable for any city dweller. Type A measures at 982 sq ft and Type B at 848 sq ft. Both give 3 rooms and 2 baths. Full sized windows give a heightened sense of space, and open dining and living areas allow for flexible adjustments according to the resident’s tastes and flair.
