2011

Project ‘ELEMENT@LIKAS’ won the Asia Pacific Property Awards in Association with Bloomberg for category “Best High Rise Architecture - Malaysia” & “Best High Rise Architecture - Asia Pacific”.

2015

Project ‘TREE CUBE’ was being selected as the finalist in World Architecture Festival 2015, under Future Project - Education category.

2017

KTDA first outdoor furniture design during Borneo Architecture Festival - Kiosk Design Competition.

2019

Project ‘TREE CUBE’ won an award in category “Public Service Architecture - Malaysia” of the Asia Pacific Property Awards in Association with GROHE.

Project ‘MAYA@LIKAS’ won an award in category “Architecture Multiple Residence - Malaysia” of the Asia Pacific Property Awards in Association with GROHE.

New Office KTDA’s city centre workspace is organized around an ROTW modular and belief - Nature thrives and provides comfort even in an indoor environment.
